PERFORMANCE SKILLS WORKSHOP

Behavioral training through play - for minds that never stop

This is not an acting class. It's a training ground for everyday life. It's a reset for your brain

This emotional fitness workshop uses acting tools to help you reconnect with your body, boost confidence, and act with spontaneity in everyday life. No stage, no audience—just a fun, pressure-free space to explore creativity, build community, and apply practical tools in work and daily interactions.

WORKSHOP IN ACTION

YOU'LL LOVE THIS IF YOU:

Overthink instead of acting in important moments

Rehearse conversations in your head afterward

Feel tired of social anxiety holding you back

Want authentic connections without performance

Crave experiences that help you feel free and present

Are curious to explore yourself in new ways

WHAT WE'LL DO

EMBODIMENT EXERCISES

Stop living in your head. Feel presence in conversations and meetings.

PARTNER IMPROVISATION

React naturally in unexpected situations. Say yes to opportunities.

GROUP DYNAMICS

CREATIVE CHALLENGES

Break habitual patterns through play

CORE ACTING PRINCIPLES

Learning the fundamentals of acting applied to every day life
